5) Final decision
The Director’s decision is final. No further appeals are available after this stage.
6) Re-writing assessment policy
- 📘 Students may re-write each chapter quiz a maximum of two (2) times. If a student fails the same chapter quiz twice, they must re-study the entire chapter before being allowed to re-take the quiz.
- 🧑🏫 If a student does not achieve at least 70% on the final assessment, the student must contact their instructor and explain the areas where they are having difficulty. The instructor will review the student’s performance and may require the student to re-study specific chapters or lessons before being allowed to re-write the final assessment.
- ✅ The instructor has the ultimate decision on whether the student is granted access to re-write the final assessment.
- ⏳ If a student fails the final assessment with a score below 50% for a second time, the student must wait at least 7 days before being eligible to re-write the final assessment again.
- 📅 If a student’s score on a re-write is greater than 49% but less than 65%, the instructor may, at their discretion, allow the student/client to re-write the final assessment earlier than the required 7-day waiting period.
