This comprehensive online course is based on IMO Model Course 1.41 (Crowd Management) and IMO Model Course 1.42 (Crisis Management and Human Behaviour). It is designed for crew and personnel responsible for passenger safety on board passenger ships, combining both crowd management techniques and crisis response skills to meet international STCW requirements.

You will learn to:

• Organize shipboard emergency procedures
• Manage and guide crowds during emergencies
• Understand and apply human behaviour principles in crisis situations
• Communicate effectively with passengers and crew under stress
• Support mustering, evacuation, and leadership roles during emergency scenarios

Through interactive modules and practical scenarios, you will gain the essential knowledge and confidence to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations at sea.
